Kelsey Briggs was abused to death by her mother and her next step father while his father was sent to Iraq. It's too cruel. Life sucks sometimes.

Kelsey was born on December 28, 2002 after her parents Lance Briggs and Raye Dawn Smith were divorced.

Kelsay lived with her mom but she enjoyed spending time with her daddy.

The first two years of her life, Kelsey was a healthy, energetic, happy little girl.

The beginning of 2005, her mother started dating with a man named, Michael Lee Porter. April 18 2005, Raye Smith married Michael Lee Porter. End of April 2005, while in the care of her mother, Kelsey broke both her legs.

She called the casts her socks :&( What a innocent child !

Octorber 11 2005, her step father apperently kicked or hit her so hard in the stomach. It killed her.

Kelsey died just days before her father came home from the war. Instead of a happy home coming, Lance Briggs had to bury her little daughter.

Kelsey stepfather is currently serving 30 years in prison. Kelsey's mom was sentenced 27.5 years for enabling child abuse

Too cruel. Too painful. Kelsey was just an innocent baby who died because of 2 ****ing people who are supposed to protect her :mad::mad::mad: 30 years for killing a child. I don't think it is enough ! These 2 people should have been in prison for the rest of their ****ing life ! You will be burned, You will be drowned in hell :mad::mad::mad:

Tức là em bé này bị ngược đãi bởi nguời cha dượng, bị thương rất nặng và bị chết chỉ mấy ngày trước khi cha đẻ của em từ Iraq trở về. Bé chết khi chưa tròn 3 tuổi.....
Mức án được đăng trên kia rồi, mẹ đẻ cũng bị sentenced vì tòng phạm [tức là biết và có thể ngăn cản nhưng không làm thế].
Cái chết của Kelsey đã dấy lên 1 phog trào phản đối dữ dội đồng thời người ta lập ra 1 web [bên trên] để kêu gọi giứp đỡ những em bé rơi vào hoàn cảnh giống Kelsey
